Copper Falls Community Schools is fictional: 44 projects, about a thousand payments, a construction manager, change orders, pay applications, and every one of the six checks firing a few times on purpose. It runs in the real portal, not a mock-up.

What you can do with it

  • Open the overview and follow any figure down to the check line it came from.
  • Find the project that is thin on contingency, and the certificate the district paid past.
  • Read the exceptions screen and see which check caught what.
  • Print the board packet and the monthly control report.
  • Export the ledger to CSV and see the copyright and watermark on it.

How access works

Access is by invitation from Stoner Advisory Group, lasts thirty days, is read-only, and needs no password: you sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email. Every view is logged, the same as it is for a real district.
